Specsavers opens stores in Amsterdam and Maarssen

Specsavers has signed two, new long-term lease agreements for retail spaces in Amsterdam and Maarssen. The optical retailer leases approx. 225 sq m of space in shopping centre Oostpoort in Amsterdam (Land van Cocagneplein 14-16). The landlord is OCP. 

Specsavers has also agreed on a new lease with Winter Trust B.V., for approx. 180 sq m in Bison Shopping Center in Maarssen (Bisonspoor 1137). The retailer has already opened the doors of both stores. 

CBRE was involved in both transactions, on behalf of the landlords.
