SpeedCast Europe BV moves to Tribes at Coolsingel
SpeedCast, world-wide market leader in satellite communications, has agreed a lease for office space at the Tribes branch at the Cools office building, located on Coolsingel 6.
Coolsingel runs through Rotterdam’s city centre, right in the heart of the Central Business District. Speedcast will rent approximately 260 sq. m. of office space and 100 sq. m. of archiving space at the Tribes location. The unit has a terrace with a view of Coolsingel.
The reason for the move was the demolition of the current building. The decision for the implementation of the new concept was based on the flexibility that Tribes and the standalone unit had to offer.
Tribes is the landlord for the property and CBRE advised SpeedCast in the transition.
