Søstrene Grene opens 7th store in The Netherlands in Nijmegen

Last Friday Søstrene Grene officially opened its 7th store in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Søstrene Grene signed a long-term lease contract with a private investor for approx. 390 sq m of retail space (Ziekerstraat 40-44). The Ziekerstraat is characterized by a large diversity of shoe and fashion labels. 

Søstrene Grene was found in 1973 in Denmark. The formula now has several stores in Denmark, Norway, Iceland, UK, Ireland, Sweden, France, Spain and The Netherlands. 

CBRE acted on behalf of Søstrene Grene and is searching for retail space in other cities in the Netherlands, among others Amersfoort, Breda and Eindhoven. DTZ Zadelhoff advised the landlord during this transaction.
