Stichting BOOR leases 2,045 sq.m. at Schiekade Rotterdam

Stichting BOOR is moving to Schiekade 34 in Rotterdam. BOOR is a foundation that provides public (special) primary education, secondary education and (secondary) special education. It entered into a long-term lease agreement with Accresco Vastgoed XI B.V. The contract covers approximately 2,045 sq.m. of office space on the third and fourth floor and 17 parking spaces. The office building at Schiekade was refurbished in 2000.

Schiekade is an important thoroughfare that connects the centre of Rotterdam from Hofplein to the A20. The office space is situated close to the city centre and Rotterdam Central Station.

During the transaction, owner Accresco Vastgoed was advised by Molenaar Bedrijfshuisvesting and Cushman & Wakefield. CBRE advised Stichting BOOR.

At Schiekade 34 there is still approximately 2,300 sq.m. of office space available for rent.
