Sunglass Hut opens new store in Ridderstraat Breda

Sunglass Hut has agreed a long-term lease with a private landlord for 260 sq. m. of retail space at Ridderstraat 27 in Breda. Previously occupied by Dungelmann shoe shop, the property has retail floor space on the ground floor and first floor and secondary accommodation in the basement and on the second floor. Opening this new store is part of Sunglass Hut’s expansion strategy, in which the company is in search of more branches at prime locations in the major Dutch cities.

Ridderstraat is a well-known and popular shopping street in Breda. The new Sunglass Hut is in a corner location at the junction with Eindstraat. Thanks to its attractive circular glass frontage, the building is a particular eye-catcher. By 1 June, Sunglass Hut will have completely updated the appearance and layout of the store to reflect its own concept. It is expected to open in the summer.
