Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance leases 2 retail spaces at Drievriendenhof Dordrecht to BackWERK and Pearle

On behalf of one of its clients, Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance has agreed leases for two retail spaces at the Drievriendenhof shopping centre in Dordrecht with the new tenants.

BackWERK’s lease for the retail space at 25-26 Drievriendenhof commenced on 1 September 2017. The chain – with over 17 shops across the country – leases approximately 150 sq.m. of office space on the ground floor. BackWERK was advised by Engelvast Retail Property Advice in this transaction.

Pearle Opticiens signed a long-term lease on 1 September for approximately 235 sq.m. of retail space at Statenplein 37A in Dordrecht. The chain of opticians was advised by Kokelenberg & Ouwehand Vastgoed Adviseurs.Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance was advised by CBRE in both transactions.

Drievriendenhof is an indoor shopping arcade in Dordrecht, within walking distance of the Dordrechts Museum and cinema The Movies. The range of shops in the area is diverse and the indoor shopping centre includes Primark, Douglas, Rituals, Aktie Sport and New Yorker.
