Yuki Company expanding in Rotterdam

The Yuki Company has agreed an extension of the current lease with Immo Netherlands Las Palmas S.à.r.l. for its space at the Wilhelminakade 310 location in Rotterdam. The Yuki Company is now leasing approximately 1,815 sq m of office and archive space and thirteen parking spaces.

The office space is located in the Las Palmas Building, a former Holland America Line workshop. The property was built between 1951 and 1953 based on a design by the Rotterdam architects Van den Broek and Bakema.

The Las Palmas Building is considered to be a Rotterdam landmark. It was acquired by Amundi Immobilier in 2015. L'Etoile Properties REIM Holland is in charge of asset management. The building houses a mix of cultural and culinary amenities, along with office space. Other office tenants include MetrixLab, DJGA, TPS Group, Kotug and Navingo.

The landlord was advised by DTZ Zadelhoff, which has been part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group since 15 November 2016. CBRE advised The Yuki Company in this transaction.
