Vascobelo leases prime retail space in The Hague

Belgian coffee brand Vascobelo has signed a new lease for retail space in The Hague. The company struck a deal from mid September with lessor IEF Real Estate Services to give the brand its sixth outlet in the Netherlands. Vascobelo is expected to open its doors in mid November at Hooistraat 2 on the corner of Denneweg, one of The Hague’s premier shopping streets. The agreement covers approximately 250 sq. m. of prime retail property.

Vascobelo was founded 20 years ago by Belgian entrepreneur Marc de Roeck and is now run by his brother Jan. Vascobelo’s philosophy is that coffee should be a high quality experience. In addition to fine coffee, they also serve food from a suitably upscale brasserie menu in Utrecht, Eindhoven, Haarlem and no less than four locations in Amsterdam.

CBRE acts as an advisor to Vascobelo and is currently searching for new retail premises on their behalf in Utrecht, Amsterdam, Leiden and Rotterdam.
