Vastint extends its lease with BPD in Whitepark, Delft

Area developer BPD has agreed on a long-term lease extension with landlord Vastint for office space in Whitepark in Delft. BPD leases approx. 2,500 m² of office space with a number of parking spaces on Poortweg 2 in Delft.

In addition to its head office in Hoevelaken, BPD has offices in the four regions in the Netherlands that are particularly important to them. From their office in Delft they work on projects in the south-western region. BPD has been in Whitepark for over twenty years and has opted to renew the lease again because of the good location and accessibility from the A13 motorway and the ample parking facilities.

Whitepark was completely renovated a number of years ago and a great deal of attention was paid to quality, amenities and sustainability, creating a productive and inspiring working environment. The complex therefore still closely matches the lessee’s wishes and requirements.

Vastint effected the transaction independently. The interests of BDP were represented during this renegotiation by CBRE.
