Vervat Vastgoed sells office building Europoint I in Rotterdam

Vervat Vastgoed has sold office building Europoint I in Rotterdam to a foreign investor. The object is located at Marconistraat 2 and measures approximately 7,492 sq m of office space. 16 Parking places are also part of the contract. Vervat purchased the building in 2013 and it is now still in use by Stichting Reclassering Nederland who signed a long-term lease agreement. A purchase price was not disclosed by the involved parties.
