Verweij new director of CBRE Industrial & Logistics

Starting 1 September 2017, Henk-Jan Verweij will be in charge of CBRE’s Dutch Industrial & Logistics team. The role is passed on from Michiel Assink, who will become WDP Netherlands’ new general manager.

Verweij is a familiar face in the logistics property industry. He has more than ten years of experience, of which seven years were spent in the CBRE Industrial & Logistics team. Before that, Verweij worked at DTZ Zadelhoff. He knows the logistics end user and investment market better than anyone else. Verweij has played an important part in CBRE Industrial & Logistics team’s development and will continue to stimulate the intended growth of the team and the assignment portfolio.
