VolkerWessels develops DC and new HQ for Eosta in Waddinxveen

VolkerWessels Vastgoed and VolkerWessels Logistics Development are currently developing the 19,500 sq. m. Eosta headquarters and distribution centre. For the development of the offices and distribution centre, a purchase contract was agreed with Elof European Logistics and a lease was signed with Eosta. The project is being completed at LogistiekPark A12 along the A12 motorway near Waddinxveen. Owner Elof European Logistics will be leasing the offices and distribution centre to Eosta for a minimum of 15 years. Elof European Logistics will be advised by TH Real Estate and Cording Real Estate during the development and construction process.

The construction of the headquarters and distribution centre is in the hands of VolkerWessels’ enterprise Systabo, a specialist in corporate real estate. Systabo is scheduled to begin construction immediately following the construction industry holiday. The building is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2018.
