Woonexpress and Keukenkampioen, both divisions of De Mandemakers Groep, have agreed a long-term lease with Patrizia for 3,200 sq. m. of retail accommodation at Woonplaza A2, at Sijsjesbergweg 10A in Amsterdam.
The retail space has become available because DIY store GAMMA has reduced in size. The façade of the building will be renovated before the tenants move in. Keukenkampioen and Woonexpress are both expected to open in the summer.
At Woonplaza A2, there are DIY and home & living stores covering approx. 30,000 sq. m. The location is easy to reach from the A2 and A10 motorways and parking is free.
