X2O rents 1,450 sq m in 's Hertogenbosch
Rockspring has signed a new long-term lease with bathroom specialist X20 for a shop unit of 1,450 sq m in Bossche WoonBoulevard in 's-Hertogenbosch.
This means that Bossche Woonboulevard now covers shop units with a total surface area of about 50,000 sq m. Now that X20 has signed the lease, a large part of the new build has been let. The new build has already been handed over to the new lessees. Two units are still available, of approximately 700 sq m and 900 sq m.
The new build has given a positive impulse to the attractiveness of Bossche Woonboulevard. Special opening events will take place from 11 to 14 June, to celebrate the upgraded boulevard.
