Access World Rotterdam renting space in Dockworks I

Access World Rotterdam B.V. has entered into an agreement with a current tenant, the United Arab Shipping Agency Company (Hapag-Lloyd) for the lease of approximately 990 sq. m. in Dockworks I. The agreement also includes 35 parking spaces in the building’s parking garage.

The office space recently became available as the result of a merger between the United Arab Shipping Agency Company (Benelux) B.V. and Hapag-Lloyd. The newly merged companies will share Hapag-Lloyd’s offices in Dockworks III.

Located on Waalhaven O.z., the Dockworks office complex forms the centre of maritime business in Rotterdam. The buildings offer a magnificent view of the harbour and the maritime activities in the area. The complex consists of four independent ship-like buildings. Various details in the buildings’ design further enhance the maritime character, including a bridge, an upper deck and the choice of materials.

Industrial Real Estate Partners advised the subtenant in this transaction. CBRE represented the sublessor.
