Ace & Tate opens prime retail outlets in Haarlem and Den Bosch

Ace & Tate has signed leases for two new stores: 125 square meters at Kruisstraat 35 in Haarlem and approximately 100 square meters at Fonteinstraat 8 in Den Bosch. In both cases a multi-year lease was agreed. The new branches are the brand’s 11th and 12th retail outlets in the Netherlands and are part of Ace & Tate’s expansion strategy.

Both stores are located in vibrant and eminently fashionable shopping locations in the city centre and will open their doors in early 2019. Every Ace & Tate store has its own design, specially conceived to reflect and enhance the brand. The Haarlem retail space will undergo a major renovation, both inside and outside, with its own unique Ace & Tate design. The Den Bosch store has been designed in collaboration with Os & Oos.

CBRE advised Ace & Tate in both transactions. The landlord for the retail outlet in Haarlem was assisted in this transaction by Nedstate Management, while the landlord in Den Bosch was advised by Van Hamond Vastgoed.
