Altera Vastgoed sells 124 homes
Real estate investor Altera Real Estate NV (hereafter: Altera) has sold a portfolio consisting of four complexes with 124 homes and a commercial space to Daelmans Vastgoed. The portfolio includes single-family homes in Zoetermeer and multi-dwelling buildings in Scheveningen, Schiedam and Culemborg.
The proceeds from the sale will be used to further align the residential fund with the desired portfolio structure. Construction projects are underway in cities such as Den Bosch, Uithoorn, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Zaandam and Leiden, resulting in the continued expansion of the portfolio.
Erwin Wessels, CIO at Altera: “The Altera housing portfolio is undergoing sustainable growth, focusing on the wishes of all of our stakeholders. The sale of 124 homes allows us to further rejuvenate our portfolio.”
Ellen Daelmans, Director Daelmans Real Estate: “The quality and the location of these homes can be considered top notch. Our current investment portfolio has been carefully put together and mainly consists of single-family homes and apartments. This purchase is a suitable addition.”
Altera was advised by CBRE (Residential Capital Markets) and Dentons acted as the legal advisor.
