AM and ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund sign agreement for sale The Beacons in Amsterdam

AM and ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund have signed an agreement for the sale of 41 apartments in the new development ‘The Beacons’ in Amsterdam (Zeeburgereiland). 

The Beacons is a new development that exists of 63 owner-occupied apartments and 41 private rental apartments. The complex will be developed in the Zeeburger Zilt plan, located between Eef Kamerbeekstraat and Kees Broekmanstraat and next to the new sports and leisure park in the Sportheldenbuurt.

The rental block exists of one-, two- and three-room apartments varying in user surface from 46 to 82 sq m. The apartments have a high-quality finish and come with contemporary amenities such as electric sun screens and underfloor heating. The apartments also feature beautiful outdoor spaces. The design of The Beacons comes from Paul de Ruiter Architects. CBRE acted on behalf of AM during the sale process.
