Annexum rents part of former Samsung building in Delft to Fox-IT

Fox-IT, a Dutch cyber security company has recently signed a long-term lease contract for a part of the former Samsung office building in Delft (Olof Palmestraat 10). Fox-IT and property manager Annexum - on behalf of landlord Saffierveste - agreed on a contract for approx. 710 sq m of office space and adjacent parking places.

Fox-IT has grown strongly in recent years. This growth will only further increase by the continuing demand for high-quality products and services in the field of IT security and the international expansion of the organisation. The company is therefore excited with the expansion of its office space in the former Samsung building, located adjacent to the Fox-IT-building on the Olof Palmestraat.

Landlord Saffierveste was advised by CBRE, in cooperation with Ooms Makelaars Bedrijfshuisvesting BV.
