Axual rents 400 sq. m. at Jaarbeursplein in Utrecht

Axual B.V. has signed a short-term contract with CBRE Global Investors for the lease of 388 sq. m. in the Sypesteyn office complex at Jaarbeursplein in Utrecht.

Axual, a software start-up specialising in real-time datastreaming, will move into Sypesteyn per 1 September. The complex is located in the centre of Utrecht, a one-minute walk from Centraal Station. The Sypesteyn office complex is part of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund, a non-listed real estate investment fund managed by CBRE Global Investors.
