Beleggingsmaatschappij Stadshart Zoetermeer has signed a new long-term lease contract with Big Bazar. The relatively young store formula leases approximately 950 sq m in Zoetermeer (Luxemburglaan 58).
The retail space is located in the covered passage in the heart of the city centre. The immediate vicinity features a balanced mix of several well-known retailers like V&D, Primark and H&M and small specialty shops.
