Bolia leases 400 sq. m. at Barteljorisstraat 12 in Haarlem

Design and furniture chain Bolia has agreed a long-term lease for 400 sq. m. at Barteljorisstraat 12 in Haarlem. The property is a national monument built in the 17th century with a characteristic clock gable.

Barteljorisstraat is one of the most important shopping streets in Haarlem. For the opening, Bolia will completely revamp the interior of the retail space to reflect its own concept. The Danish brand is known for its uniquely creative design with plenty of Scandinavian and natural influences. Bolia currently has more than 60 retail outlets, four of which are located in the Netherlands. Haarlem is slated to become the fifth location. The brand also has a very extensive network of dealers worldwide.

CBRE advised Bolia on the lease. Landlord Ruysdael Vastgoed B.V. was assisted by KroesePaternotte.
