Broad Horizon B.V. rents 2,000 sq. m. at Mountain Offices

Starting Q1 2021, a long-term lease has been agreed for approximately 2,000 sq. m. of office space at Mountain Offices in Bunnik between Broad Horizon B.V. and Rijsterborgh Vastgoed. In addition to its head offices in Amsterdam, Broad Horizon is consolidating four branches in the central part of the Netherlands at this new location in Bunnik. The company has chosen this new location for its layout, great condition on delivery and accessibility.

This location is the first office space that will be designed for the ‘drop-by flexible workspace concept’, allowing the office to become a centrally-located work and meeting space for all employees in the region. The concept will also be implemented in the offices in Amsterdam, Den Bosch and Maastricht. With these plans, Broad Horizon will facilitate more cooperation with clients, and between colleagues, various business units and multiple branches. This decision will also promote further growth, which is in line with the company’s ambitions.

Broad Horizon is a top-5 player in the Dutch data and IT market, whose main clients include organisations with between 50 and 2500 employees. In the past few years the organisation has grown considerably, both organically and as a result of takeovers. Under a variety of labels, subsidiaries such as TRUE, DMP, Cmotions, Underlined and Delegate work for clients on business challenges in the area of digital transformation.

CBRE assisted Broad Horizon in the development of the workspace concept and in the rental of the office space at Mountain Offices. Molenbeek Makelaars worked with Valkering&Co to represent the interests of landlord Rijsterborgh Vastgoed in this transaction.
