B&S extends Barendrecht leases for DNV GL and Veritas Petroleum Services
Det Norske Veritas BV (DNV GL) and Veritas Petroleum Services BV have extended their multi-year leases for offices and laboratory space at Zwolseweg 1 in Barendrecht. The leases were signed by B&S Vastgoed Nederland NV, a fund managed by Van Boom & Slettenhaar Fund Management.
DNV GL leases 3,200 sq. m. of office space and associated parking spaces, and Veritas Petroleum Services is extending their lease of 700 sq. m. of office space, 1,380 sq. m. of laboratory space, as well as associated parking spaces.
CBRE has supervised the extensions of the leases on behalf of the tenants and was also responsible for drawing up and concluding a Service Level Agreement. The landlord was advised by DTZ Zadelhoff, which has been part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group since 15 November 2016.
