Cairn Real Estate sells shopping centres in Emmen and Dordrecht

Cairn Real Estate has sold shopping centres Crabbehof in Dordrecht and Angelslo in Emmen to Multi Corporation.

Shopping centers Crabbehof has a total area of approximately 9,895 sq m, spread over nearly 40 stores. Lidl, MCD supermarkets, Blokker and Op=Op Voordeelshop are major tenants here. Angelslo has 35 shops and comprises of a total of approximately 8,766 sq m of retail space. The most important anchors here are Jumbo, Action, Blokker and HEMA. Both have an occupancy rate of over 94%.

Houthoff Buruma and CVO were involved as advisor of the purchaser. CBRE acted on behalf of Cairn Real Estate, in close cooperation with Loyens & Loeff and PwC.
