Candenza leases in Symphony building at Amsterdam South Axis

Deka Immobilien GmbH has contracted Candenza B.V. for office space in Symphony Offices at the Amsterdam South Axis. The new tenant has agreed on a long-term lease for approximately 2,080 sq m (25st - 27th floor). With this transaction Symphony Offices is fully rented.

The building at the Gustav Mahlerlaan comprises of a total of 34,500 m² office space and offers space to 466 parking places in the underlying parking garage. Symphony is one of the landmark buildings that was constructed most recently at the Amsterdam South Axis. Pi de Bruijn (Architecten Cie) was responsible for the design. Other tenants in the building are APG, Prologis, Tata Consultancy and Arcadis.

Paul Vismans BV advised Candenza. CBRE acted on behalf of the landlord in this transaction and is also responsible for the asset management.
