CBRE expands services to Eindhoven

In its determination to offer even better real estate advice to clients outside the Randstad area, CBRE is expanding its full-service operations to Eindhoven. A comprehensive real estate team will become operational there in the middle of this year, in order to service clients in the South Netherlands region. In principle, this team will make use of a flexible office concept, in the meantime the real estate advisor will look for a permanent location in Eindhoven.

Eric Harmsen (34) has been engaged to head up this team. He comes from JLL where he has spent the last 8.5 years, most recently as Senior Real Estate Advisor. Eric will become the commercial pivot in South Netherlands, where he will be working closely with specialists in various real estate disciplines. His focus will be on initiating and supporting lease projects in the local office market.

In addition to this expansion to South Netherlands, there will also be an organisational change at CBRE’s Rotterdam office. Marco Clarijs is taking over the role of Director Rotterdam Office from Walter Dielemans. He will be responsible for the services that CBRE offers to its clients from Rotterdam and for the day-to-day management of the Rotterdam real estate team. Marco has been working for the Rotterdam office as Associate Director Tenant Representation since 2012.

Walter Dielemans will be assuming a new role as Regional Director, in which he will be responsible for the further development and expansion of the services of the real estate advisor in South Netherlands and in Rotterdam. Walter has been with CBRE since 2010, in recent years as Director Rotterdam Office.

CBRE is the only real estate advisor in the Netherlands to offer a comprehensive range of real estate services for the investment market and solutions for occupiers. A number of clients in South Netherlands have already had favourable experiences with this full service approach. Thanks to this expansion, clients here can now profit from the available international knowledge and the extensive network.
