CBRE extends Global Workplace Solutions

Matthijs Hesselink MSc has joined CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. In his role as Associate Director Transaction Management his focus is on the process management of real estate transactions for corporate clients inside and outside the Netherlands.

Matthijs Hesselink started his career at Deloitte Real Estate Advisory about 10 years ago. Here he was responsible for providing strategic advice, analyzing & optimizing property portfolios and selling both real estate with redevelopment potential as real estate portfolios.

In September CBRE announced that it closed the acquisition of Johnson Controls, Inc.’s (NYSE:JCI) Global Workplace Solutions business. CBRE's occupiers branche also adopted the name of the division. The team that is responsible for strategic advice for corporate real estate policy and integrated solutions  in the area of corporate accommodation now exists of 16 specialists.
