CBRE GI sells 535 homes to CAPREIT

CBRE Global Investors has sold 535 properties to Capreit and its Dutch partner Rubens Capital Partners on behalf of the CBRE Dutch Residential Fund. The portfolio consists of 535 homes, 1 commercial space and 307 parking spaces.

The homes – approximately 75% apartments and 25% single-family homes – are spread across 13 locations in the Netherlands and have an average surface area of 100 sq. m. Most homes in the portfolio were built after 1999, have energy label A or B and are let in the mid-price range. Most are situated in housing complexes where no individual properties have been sold. The homes are located in towns such as Schiedam, Delft, Weert, Roermond, and Venray.
