CBRE strengthens Debt & Structured finance team

As of the 15th of May Maud Visschedijk will start as an Associate Director in the Debt & Structured Finance team of CBRE the Netherlands.

Visschedijk joins CBRE from ABN Amro Real Estate Finance where she was responsible for client relationship management of non-listed real estate investors & developers and acquisition of new clients.
Furthermore her focus was on debt (re)structuring, credit analysis, investment analysis, LMA loan documentation and monitoring credit risks. In 2013 she finished her MSRE at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate with a thesis on the background of the Dutch real estate finance funding gap.

CBRE Debt & Structured Finance specializes in commercial property debt. The team is based in the Netherlands, UK, Germany and Spain and arranges senior and junior finance from a pan-European network of more than 100 lenders.
