CBRE Netherlands enlarges Board

CBRE Netherlands has expanded its Board. Marco Hekman (CEO Netherlands and Divisional President Advisory Services Continental Europe), Irene Flotman (COO) and Erik Langens (Capital Markets) have been joined on the Board by Maaike Boné (Occupier Services), Pieter Frederix (Development Services), Mark Spiering (Property Management), Willem Rodermond (Valuation & Advisory Services) and Maarten van Wendel de Joode (employee delegate). Robert Lodder has left the Board of CBRE Netherlands and will focus on his role as Managing Director Property Management for the EMEA region. Following a difference of opinion regarding the strategic course of the organisation, Rudolf de Boer has left CBRE. 

Commenting on the changes, Marco Hekman says that "CBRE has experienced strong growth in recent years. The expansion ensures that the Board now more closely reflects our activities and does justice to the breadth of our services and the diversity of our organisation. 

We are sad to see Rudolf de Boer leave the organisation after such a long and distinguished career. We have the greatest respect for Rudolf's achievements and would like to thank him for all he has done for our organisation. Rudolf was instrumental from the start in defining our City strategy and the data-driven approach that have enabled CBRE Netherlands to achieve an outstanding position in the market. They are set to remain important pillars of our strategy into the future."
