Centrient Pharmaceuticals leases 1,000 sq. m. in First Rotterdam
Centrient Pharmaceuticals Netherlands B.V., formerly DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals Netherlands B.V., has agreed a lease for approximately 990 sq. m. of office space in the First building at Weena 753-874 in Rotterdam.
Centrient Pharmaceuticals’ offices are located on the 22nd floor of the building. They also lease four parking spaces in the underground car park. First is a distinctive building in the Central Business District and a mere stone’s throw from Rotterdam Central Station. The building was opened in 2016 and has received BREEAM excellent certification. Amsterdam-based architectural firm de Architekten Cie designed First.
Approximately 4,000 sq. m. of LFA is currently available for lease.CBRE BV supervised the conclusion of the lease agreement on behalf of landlord Union Investment Real Estate GMBH. International real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield advised the tenant in this transaction.
