Certitudo capital sells Hambakenwetering 10 to Focus Real Estate

Certitudo Capital has sold the property at Hambakenwetering 10 in ’s-Hertogenbosch to Focus Real Estate, which plans to realise an eye care clinic at the location on behalf of Bergman Clinics. In August 2020, Focus Real Estate will start the development in cooperation with Bergman, the Netherlands’ largest network of clinics for plannable care. The project is due for delivery in 2021.

This high-quality care initiative will provide an extra impulse to the further development of the area. Certitudo Capital is therefore delighted with the sale to Focus Real Estate and the arrival of Bergman. In 2019, Certitudo Capital opened PENTAPARC at Hambakenwetering 8: the most sustainable office park ever built in 's-Hertogenbosch. On the adjacent site at Hambakenwetering 10A, Certitudo Capital will start developing 2000 sq. m. of office space in 2020.
