Chalet Group extends lease with Heijmans
Chalet Group has agreed a multi-year lease extension with Heijmans for office space at Graafsebaan 67 in Rosmalen.
The lease extension involves approximately 8,209 sq.m. of office space in the ‘Heijmanskantoor II’ office building, and 200 associated parking spaces.
The office building is located at a high-profile location in Rosmalen, directly adjacent to the A59 motorway, with an excellent link to the A2 motorway, and just a stone’s throw from the city of ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
CBRE advised Chalet Group concerning this transaction.
