Citibank extends lease in WTC Schiphol Airport

Citibank International Limited Netherlands Branch extends her lease contract for approximately 1,300 sq m of office space in WTC Schiphol Airport (Schiphol Boulevard). It concerns a long-term extension. The landlords are CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of the Dutch Office Fund Custodian, and Schiphol Real Estate.

WTC Schiphol Airport comprises of a total of approximately 56,285 qm m lettable floor area divided by 8 office buildings. (Tower A -H). Approximately 2,700 sq m of office space is still available for rent. 

WTC Management acted on behalf of CBRE Global Investors.CBRE supported tenant Citibank, subsidiary of Citi, the second largest bank in the United States.
