Commvault and Cellnex lease office space in STAAT! in Papendorp, Utrecht

Commvault Systems B.V. and Cellnex Netherlands B.V. have signed long-term rental agreements for approximately 1,400 sq. m. of office space in the STAAT! building at Papendorpseweg 75-79 in Utrecht.

Commvault is a listed data protection and data management software company. It helps businesses all over world to activate their data in order to gain added value and new insights, and with the transformation of modern data environments. Cellnex is one of the largest wireless telecommunications infrastructure providers, providing services throughout Europe. The Cellnex network currently includes more than 50,000 European sites.

STAAT!

The STAAT! office building recently underwent a complete renovation, which has resulted in a number of new lease transactions. Preceded by Regus, Sharp, Arthrex and Flynth, Commvault and Cellnex have now leased 612 sq. m. and 809 sq. m. office space respectively here. The building offers spacious meeting facilities, Vascobello’s rooftop bar/restaurant and a large main entrance with fully-staffed reception desk on the ground floor. The modern appearance, excellent facilities and good parking means the building is perfectly suited to small and medium-sized businesses and corporations that are looking for good facilities for their personnel but still want to retain a unique image.

CBRE oversaw both transactions on behalf of the Winter Trust, in close cooperation with Ans de Wijn Bedrijfshuisvesing. Commvault was advised by NL real estate B.V and Cellnex by 3stone Real Estate B.V.
