Crocs Europe moves headquarters to Hoofddorp

Crocs Europe and Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance have signed for a long term lease agreement for office space in Hoofddorp.

The agreement concerns approximately 3.165 m² of office space in the Kosmos Building (Planeetbaan 4).
Crocs Europe was previously located in Scheveningen. In april this year the brand made her move to Hoofddorp.

CBRE supported and advised Crocs in the search for office space for the new headquarters. CBRE provided integrated advice including the creation of building comparisons and analysis, taking care of the projectmanagement of the interior as well as commercial negotiations.
