Daan Mulders joins CBRE Retail

Daan Mulders (34) has joined CBRE's Retail team.

In his role as Consultant he is focussed on initiating and guiding rental transactions in the retail market.

The last 7 years Mulders worked as a Consultant Retail at respectively HB Kroese Paternotte and Bessem en Partners. He gained extensive knowledge and experience in the retail real estate markt during these years.

Our Dutch Retail team provides unparalleled expertise throughout the Netherlands and across all retail disciplines, including high streets, shopping centres and retail parks.
The services they offer include rental and letting of retail accommodation, acquisition of investments, advice on and rental of retail (re)developments, supervising expansion, rent adjustments and revitalising shopping areas and shopping centres.
Since the acquisition of SCM Europe in september last year CBRE is also active in the field of shopping centre management.
