Daan Tettero joins CBRE Healthcare team

CBRE is further expanding and strengthening its Healthcare team, which helps healthcare institutions and property owners tackle strategic healthcare real estate issues. Daan Tettero will be joining the team as a senior consultant.

Tettero is joining CBRE from Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance, where he gained years of experience working for the Achmea Dutch Healthcare Fund, among others. In this capacity, Tettero was responsible for analysing healthcare trends and translating them into sound healthcare real estate investments. Before joining Syntrus Achmea, he had built up an international career as an internal consultant in the automotive industry.

With the arrival of Tettero, the CBRE Healthcare team has grown to 10 employees. CBRE created the team four years ago with the intention of adding healthcare-specific expertise to its range of services. This expertise is important to clients in healthcare as it can help them get the most out of their real estate portfolio, guaranteeing an optimal financial as well as social return. The team provides daily services to a wide range of healthcare institutions, housing corporations, investors and developers in the Netherlands.
