Deka Immobilien acquires The Rock in Amsterdam

Deka Immobilien GmbH has acquired the prime office tower “The Rock”
in Amsterdam Zuidas.

The seller is Evans Randall. The fully leased property will be an addition to the open-ended mutual property fund WestInvest InterSelect.

Completed in 2009 the office building provides 30,000 sqm of office space. The main tenant is the international law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. The submarket Amsterdam Zuidas is the prime office location in the Netherlands and renowned for its great infrastructure and accessibility.

Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE have advised the seller in the transaction.
