DELA Vastgoed sells high street retail property on Oudegracht in Utrecht to private investors

DELA Vastgoed has sold a retail property in a prominent location on Oudegracht in Utrecht to a private investor. The versatile property consists of a catering business in the property’s characteristic waterfront basement, Flying Tiger on the ground floor and a number of studios on the upper floors. Flying Tiger recently extended its lease for a long period. The transaction is part of a wider sales programme by DELA Vastgoed.

The vendor was represented commercially by CBRE and received legal advice from Houthoff. The buyer received commercial advice from D&B Retail Vastgoedadviseurs and legal advice from DLA Piper.
