DELA Vastgoed has sold three high-street retail properties to Active Interest. The properties are situated in A1 locations in Veenendaal, Woerden and Zutphen and together measure approximately 2,100 sq. m. Tenants include Zeeman, Nelson, and ICI Paris XL.

The vendor was commercially represented by CBRE and received legal advice from Houthoff.
