Delphinium C.V. extends lease with Jacobs Nederland B.V. in Metropool
Delphinium C.V. has extended its agreement with Jacobs Nederland B.V. for the lease of more than 2,100 sq. m. in the Metropool office building in Rotterdam Hoogvliet.
The lease also includes 27 parking spaces in the underground car park and 46 on the outdoor site.
Metropool is located at Koddeweg 55, Hoogvliet. The office building is easily accessible by car via the A15 motorway (Europoort-Rotterdam-Nijmegen) and the N218. There are also good public transport connections thanks to its location immediately alongside the Tussenwater bus and metro station. The station has a direct connection towards Rotterdam Zuidplein and Rotterdam CS.
Around 1,250 sq. m. of space is still available on the ground and first floors of the office building.
