Desiree Wolters strengthens CBRE’s MidCap Team

On 10 August, Desiree Wolters joined CBRE as an Associate Director of MidCap Investments for the regions of Rotterdam and The Hague. In this role, Desiree’s primary focus will be to advise property owners on the purchase and sale of mid-market investment properties.

Desiree has been working in the real estate sector since 2012. At JLL, NEW-NRG Real Estate and Certitudo Capital she gained valuable experience in the leasing, letting, disposition and asset management of commercial real estate. In 2017, she joined CBRE in Houston as Senior Financial Analyst in the Capital Markets department, where her main responsibilities were the disposition, financial optimisation and valuation of commercial real estate in Texas. Her recent return to the Netherlands also marks the start of a new chapter in her career with CBRE. Having worked in a range of real estate segments, varying in scale and complexity, she brings extensive experience of investment transactions to her new role.
