Dreef Beheer B.V. buys HEMA retail property on IJmuiden high street

Dreef Beheer B.V., a commercial and residential real estate investor and developer, has acquired a retail property at Lange Nieuwstraat 509 in IJmuiden. Built in 1968, the property is centrally located on IJmuiden’s high street. It was sold by a consortium of investors advised by Crossroads Real Estate. The property is currently being leased by HEMA B.V.

Renovation work on the building was completed in July 2018. Its two floors cover 2,136 sq. m. – 1,028 square meters on the ground floor and 1,108 square meters on the first floor.

Dreef Beheer B.V. was legally represented during the transaction by Hartman LMH Notaries. CBRE acted as asset manager and sales advisor. The consortium was legally represented by international law firm Allen & Overy.
