Dura Vermeer Vastgoed sells future Stibbe Office

Dura Vermeer Vastgoed and Union Investment Real Estate GmbH have agreed on the sale of the future Stibbe Office in Amsterdam.

The property will be developed in the Beatrixpark at Amsterdam Zuidas, the core business district in the Netherlands (Beethovenstraat/Prinses Irenestraat). The transaction comprises approximately 13,000 sq m of office space and 60 parking spaces.

Stibbe, a leading Benelux law firm with an internationally oriented full-service practice, has signed a 15-year lease agreement for the building that will be certified Breeam-NL Excellent upon completion in 2016. Jo Coenen Architects & Urbanists is responsible for the design of the office building in cooperation with Dura Vermeer. Dura Vermeer is also involved in the development of the adjacent Akzo Nobel headquarters. Both Stibbe Office and Akzo Nobel headquarters are built by Dura Vermeer.

During the sale process CBRE, Lexence Advocaten en Notarissen and KPMG Meijburg acted on behalf of Dura Vermeer Vastgoed - developer in construction, infrastructure, engineering and services.
