Exact Software leases 625 sq. m. in BLOQ Offices in Eindhoven

Exact Software, a cloud business software provider, has agreed a long-term lease contract with HighBrook Investors for the lease of 625 sq. m. of office space in BLOQ Offices in the Schimmelt complex in Eindhoven.

Exact Software is relocating from Son en Breugel to the centre of Eindhoven. BLOQ Offices is located at the Schimmelt, a three-minute walk from the city centre and Centraal Station. In recent months the office complex, which consists of three buildings, has undergone significant renovation and has been made more sustainable. This summer, Spaces will also open its doors in the complex. The complex has been largely leased, with another 3,500 sq. m. still available.

CBRE advised the landlord HighBrook Investors in this transaction, in close collaboration with Verschuuren Schreppers. Cushman & Wakefield advised Exact Software.
