Expansion Crocs offices in Hoofddorp

Crocs Europe Ltd. has renewed and expanded her lease contract with approximately 500 sq m in the office building Kosmos in Hoofddorp. This makes the office building rented out entirely. With the expansion, the supplier of casual footwear will have a total floor space of approximately 3,750 sq m.

Kosmos is located in business park Beukenhorst- West in Hoofddorp. The total lettable floor area of the building is approximately 5,400 sq m, divided in a ground floor and four upper floors. Beukenhorst-West has two public parkings, and is easily accessible by car and public transport.

CBRE acted on behalf of Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance BV. JLL, DTZ and CBRE were in charge of renting out the office space.
