Extreme Networks extends lease contract in Utrecht

Extreme Networks

Extreme Networks BV has extended its lease contract for approximately 610 sq m of office space and fourteen parking spaces in business park Lageweide in Utrecht. Extreme Networks is an originally American networking company which designs, builds, and installs Ethernet computer network products.

Business park Lageweide has an area of about 216 acres and employs approximately 17,000 people. The business park is centrally located in the Netherlands with a direct connection to the highway A2 and a direct connection to water and railway.

 

CBRE advised Extreme Networks B.V. on the renegotiation of the lease contract. The Industrial & Logistics team of JLL advised the private landlords.
