Flex rents 11,200 m² of logistics commercial space in Venray

DHG and M7 Real Estate have come together to close a long-term rental agreement with Flex (Flextronics Logistics B.V.) for 11,200 m² of logistical commercial space at Ambachtstraat 26–28 in Venray. Flex is set to start using the space on 1 April 2019.

The logistical warehouse was completed in 2005 at a great location, close to the container terminals in Wanssum and Europe’s most important logistics hotspot: Venlo. The A73, A67, A2, A40 and A61 motorways provide direct transportation links to the rest of the Netherlands and Germany.

DHG sold the building to M7 Real Estate last August as part of a portfolio of eight industrial and logistics properties. As the premises were empty at that time, DHG offered a rental guarantee. The rental transaction was made possible thanks to the joint efforts of both parties.

DHG and M7 Real Estate were advised by CBRE and the Industrial & Logistics team from JLL.
